40 Days. No Sugar

It’s been a little while since I’ve reached out to you, I know. My apologies. I haven’t forgotten about you, I promise! I’ve been around the world a couple of times, travelling without my computer and no possibility of reaching out to you.

With the holidays behind us and moving into the spring, I feel like this is a good time to start our 2nd annual ‘40 Days, No Sugar‘. I just returned from Africa and needed some time to recover. This week I’ve noticed that sugar has been creeping into my diet WAY too much, so it’s that time again….  And read to the bottom! I’ve got a special spring cleanse offer for all of you.

My daughter and I did this right after Valentine’s Day last year and invited all of you to join us last year and had such a fun time.

  • All refined, white sugar
  • All ‘alternative’ sweeteners, including coconut, maple, turbinado sugars, maple syrup, honey and agave

People asked me about starches and fruit sugars. For us, we kept the starches like potatoes and fruits in our diet. I encourage you to do this however you’d like! Even eliminating refined white sugar is plenty for most people. Once you start reading labels, sugar is in A LOT of foods, so you may find that you’ll feel better just by eliminating sugar.
