Liver Flush

A great way to gently detoxify the body, cools and cleanses the liver and blood!

  • ½ grapefruit peeled
  • 2 oranges peeled
  • 1-2 inches of fresh ginger root chopped up
  • 2 tbs. olive oil
  • 8 sprigs of parsley
  • ½ – 1 clove of garlic (to taste tolerance)
  • ½ cup of water (or slightly more depending how thick you want it)

Put a little water in blender.  Start blending the ingredients listed one at a time in order except olive oil.  When all ingredients are blended, more water may be added if it is too thick.  At the end add olive oil and re-blend.
