This week we have the honor and pleasure of inviting you to our first LIVE class with guest teacher Guruka Singh, as part of Dr Arjan’s “Your Roadmap to Health & Vitality in Five Weeks” course.
The theme of the class is “Breathe”. Guruka will share with you the incredible power of your breath on your mind and body as well as teach you some simple breathing meditations that you can practice any time to experience that power and use it in your daily life. We are all really excited to have him! He is such a joy, which you’ll be able to experience during the class.

Bio: Guruka Singh currently serves as President and C.E.O. of SikhNet an online media company which has over 450,000 unique visitors per month. He is one of the original 25 Kundalini Yoga teachers trained directly by Yogi Bhajan. He began teaching in 1971 and is still traveling and teaching all over the world. His many YouTube videos and writings are an ongoing source of inspiration to millions.
