Continuing on with our health journey this week with a focus on healthy joints, hands, and wrist here. This is just such a gem. I want to make sure everyone gets a chance to see this.
I’ve been reading an old book that a patient gave to me a couple of years ago on arthritis, written by a medical doctor back in the ’60’s. His research is on folk medicine in Vermont and what the people do there to stay healthy. His primary focus is on the use of apple cider vinegar and its’ many functions in the body, both animal and human. There is a multitude of science that goes along with this, which I’m sure you can easily research online.
I had been using this for about 6 months and had been having some remarkable results, not only with my joints but also with some other symptoms that I have been experiencing.
Here is the recipe:
2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar with 2 teaspoons of honey mixed with 8 oz. of water.
Drink at mealtimes with food, 3 times a day. I started at 2 times a day but felt like this was too much for me so was doing it once a day, at breakfast. I would also recommend drinking this through a straw, if you are going to drink this regularly so that the acid doesn’t affect your teeth. I’m also adding in turmeric paste. You can find out how to make this by watching this video. Just feel it out for yourself to see how much works for you and your body.
I recommend this often times for my patients who are having joint pain, any bodily pain, fatigue, rashes, and stomach acid issues. I’m sure it can be used for many other purposes. Try it. I love it because it’s cheap, easy to acquire, and has no side effects. I have seen so many people benefit from this remedy for Gastric Reflux, over acid stomach, joint pain, and skin conditions.
My challenge to you:
Try this recipe once per day with any meal. Take note of how you are feeling before and after and then again, take note of how you feel after a week of doing this. Any changes in pain levels? Digestion? Skin condition? Let us know if you’ve noticed any changes by posting in my Facebook page. We would all love to hear if you’ve had successes.
Have a wonderful day or evening, depending on where you are in the world.
