Really. Take a second, close your eyes, take a scan of your body. Notice any tension? Areas where you’re feeling some stagnation? Tune into those areas of tension or stagnation. Take 3 deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth, and envisioning that breath moving into those areas. Awesome. Give yourself a smile and know that you just did something worthwhile for your health.

As we move into the holiday season…wait, we’re already in it, right?! Yes, we are. As you navigate this holiday season, remember to take time to tune into what your mind, body and soul need from you. You can, at each moment, take a moment to ground into yourself and where you are, even while in the midst of rush, chaos, and pressure and to notice the sensations going off in your body.

This exercise works to keep you centered throughout these next coming weeks.

I love to write, and I love being able to share my thoughts on health and living with all of you.

I appreciate all of you who trust me with the healthcare of your babies, kids, teens, yourselves, and your family members.

This year has held an incredible journey of newness for me, with twists and turns and pleasant and, sometimes, scary surprises. I appreciate your patience as I’ve transitioned office locations, started a new office management software, and ridden the insurance roller coaster.

I’m grateful for you. I look forward to this coming year and all things new as we’ve laid a good foundation for 2024 to serve you and your family in an even higher capacity!

If you feel inspired to keep your health routine going throughout this season, here are some tips for you:

1. While you’re enjoying movie evenings, set your timer for 30 minute intervals and get up and run or walk in place for 1 minute.

2.Drink a gallon of water everyday (add lemon or lime for extra vitamin C, which is a great immune booster!)

3. Instead of a daily coffee, grab a chai, green tea or herbal tea to kick off your day (better for immune system).

4. Take your daily multivitamins and adrenal support. Click here for my recommendations.

5. Take a daily walk.

If you missed my last blog post, here’s the recap for you to watch.

Always, in healing and lots of love and big, warm hugs,
